Here at Quiet Bloom Counseling & Wellness, we’ve made it our mission to support everyone through their own hard times, recognizing that every individual’s journey is unique and can often feel overwhelming. We know how hard moving through life alone can be, and the weight of emotional struggles can create a sense of isolation. That is why we’re offering this safe and nurturing space, a refuge where you can feel comfortable to process your feelings and walk through those troubles with someone, empowering you to find clarity and healing. We believe in the power of connection and understanding, and we are dedicated to walking with you every step of the way on your path to wellness and personal growth.
Our mission is to provide quality psychotherapy services including EMDR to support those ready and willing to make a change in their lives. We believe everyone has the power to bloom and grow if only with a helping hand. Just as every Spring new life emerges quietly but with great force, so can you.
More About Our Providers
Maranda Bradbrook
Having started my therapy career in NJ, following graduating from Rutgers University, I moved to Virginia for a change of pace. Since moving here, I’ve found myself drawn to working as a trauma-informed therapist, primarily focusing on offering EMDR. I have spent a great deal of time working in addictions as well as with survivors of sexual violence and find this modality serves this population well. I value the work I do with my clients and feel grateful to walk alongside them on their healing journey.
With nearly 10 years of experience in not only community services and outreach but higher levels of care and private practice, I strive to bring a gentle yet deeply informed approach to my work. You may find the use of EMDR, IFS, IPSRT, CBT and even trauma-informed yoga approaches in my sessions. If that sounds right for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
